I have long believed that Indian coffees deserve more attention than they get on the global specialty stage. This blog is one attempt to make that case — and to think out loud along the way.

You'll find a few different kinds of writing here: on Indian coffee, on our coffees, on the industry, from the road, from cupping events that I attend/organize, general takes.

A note on how to read this: not everything here should be taken as settled fact. These are one person's views, formed through experience but held with humility. I do use AI as a thinking/drafting/editing partner, but try to avoid giving you “AI Slop” through this blog.
